This course will outline why an organisation will have in place a code of conduct. Explaining what a code of conduct is for, what it might include and why they are important.  

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

  • Explain what a code of conduct is
  • Describe why an organisation has a code of conduct in place
  • List the different elements a code of conduct will include.
