The Need for Strategy

This course explores why a clear strategy is critical for guiding an organisation toward its long-term goals. It also provides the practical steps for creating a strategy as well as implementing it effectively in a workplace.

By the end of this module, you will be able 

• to explain the role strategy plays in a workplace, 
• identify benefits of having a strategy in place in a workplace and 
• recognise the necessary steps to plan and implement a strategy.
