Letting go involves accepting things as they are and moving on, but the process isn’t always easy, in fact, as one of the biggest challenges we can face, it takes some practice. This module explores the process of letting go, providing useful tips to help you let go of the things which no longer serve you to make space for those that do so you can break the negative cycle caused by carrying emotional baggage.
