The videos do not work

Very slow connections to Internet might experience problems with loading videos inside the modules.

If you experience this problem, follow these steps:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. If it doesn’t work, log out and log in again
  3. If it doesn’t work and you usually have a good connection to Internet, contact: servicedesk@uefa.ch

I cannot read the PDF documents

If you receive an error saying that no application is able to read your file:

If the download doesn’t start, check the top of the page, if you received a message of this kind: “To help protect your security..”, click on this message and on “Download file” or “Allow blocked content”.

If you still can not read the PDF file, follow these steps:

  1. Restart your computer and try opening the PDF again
  2. If it doesn’t work, delete temporary Internet files and try opening the PDF again.
  3. If it doesn’t work, contact: servicedesk@uefa.ch

I finished reviewing a module and passed the quiz but the module still states ‘Incomplete’

Enter the module which states “Incomplete” and follow these steps:

  1. Review all the pages of the module again, making sure you complete the whole module.
  2. Take the quiz and pass it and click on “Next” on the page of results. This page should display “Well done, you have finished this module”.

If after these two steps, the module still states “Incomplete”, contact: servicedesk@uefa.ch
